Ssangyong E&C (Chairman and CEO S. Joon Kim) announced that it would open a model house for Ssangyong The Platinum Yeosu 35 in front of Yeosu City Hall in Hak-dong, Yeosu to begin unit presales. Hak-dong is a popular residential area located in the heart of the city. 

 

To be situated at 74, Hak-dong, Yeosu, South Jeolla Province, this new apartment complex will consist of two 35-story apartment buildings (35F/5B) with a total of 244 residential units. It will be the first major branded residential complex to be offered in downtown Yeosu in 18 years. The units come in two types: 84 m2 type (242 units) and 179 m2 type (2 units). All units will be available for general presales.

 

This 35-story new waterfront landmark will be the tallest buildings in downtown Yeosu and offer breathtaking ocean views (excluding specific units). What also makes this complex unique are its landscape design elements, including gardens and a themed playground, that will feature a wide variety of flowers and trees and blend in with the surrounding natural environment.

 

For public safety, the complex will provide the Smart One Pass System, which allows the user to enter the lobby and summon the elevator with their smart key or smartphone without touching a single surface and an elevator system equipped with an air ventilation and purification system and antiviral handrails.

 

As for conveniences, each unit will have an eco-friendly boiler system and a smart ventilation system that can effectively reduce the amount of fine dust entering indoor spaces. In addition, a wide range of the latest smart systems will be provided, including notification systems for registered vehicles entering the parking lot and packages arriving in an unmanned package locker station, a CCTV monitoring tool, a wall-mounted touchscreen tablet that allows for the monitoring of energy usage, a smart all-in-one switch system, and a parking guidance system for the underground parking area.

 

At the same time, all units will be equipped with a pantry and an extra-wide dressing room, as well as an air shower system for the entry foyer and a multi-function bathroom ventilation system. Residents will start moving in from October 2025.
