Credit rating of the Company’s corporate commercial paper upgraded.

On December 8, 2003, Korea Investment Service (KIS) announced that the credit rating for Ssangyong Engineering & Construction’s CPs (commercial papers) was upgraded by one notch to A3° from A3- as a result of winning a stable number of orders and the improvement in the financial stability through debt-rescheduling.
