Ssangyong E&C receives order for the heat transfer pipeline installation work in Balsan/Hwagok in Seoul

On May 11, Ssangyong E&C along with Woosuk E&C received a KRW 5.8 billion order (Ssangyong’s portion: KRW5.2 billion) for the heat transfer pipeline installation work in Balsan/Hwagok in Seoul from SH Mass Energy Corporation.
The work is comprised of installation of two lines of 7,014m long, 50~600mm thick heat transfer pipes for heating of households in Balsan-dong etc, using the heat generated from the Mokdong Combined Heat Power Plant. The work will take place from May 2006 through November 2007.
