On March 23, 2004, Korea-Indonesia Friendship Sports Center, U$ 2.3 million Project in Jakarta, Indonesia was awarded to Ssangyong E&C.
The Project funded by Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) covers two-story stadium (2,000~2,100 seats) for taekwondo, basketball, volleyball, handball with appurtenant training and sports facilities in the boundary of Youth Human Resources Development Center of Cibubur, 15km southeast-ward from Jakarta.
Construction Period is 10.5 months from the date of commencement of April 1, 2004 until February 15, 2005.
The Project is Ssagnyong’s second project from KOICA, followed by the successful completion of East Timor Independence Memorial Hall completed in May, 2003.
