Changi Rise Condominium in Singapore built by Ssangyong Engineering & Construction

2004-06-04

The unique landscaping of Changi Rise Condominium, built by Ssangyong Engineering & Construction (President: Kim Suk-joon) attracts attention. Palm trees and timber structures enable the visitor to feel an outlandish atmosphere. A half moon-shaped (42 x 20m) swimming pool and a pirate ship-shaped slide in another swimming pool (sized 84 x 7m) for children also cut conspicuous figures.

The $630 million-dollar condominium that Ssangyong has been building since 2000 on a design-build basis is comprised of 598 households in eleven 9 or 10-story buildings.
