Ssanyong SweetdotHome Yega apartment complex in Jangyu, Gimhae

An apartment complex composed of mid and large sized apartments will be built in Jangyu New Town, Gimhae, near a 560,000-pyeong (450-acre) central park and a 270,000-pyeong (218-acre) tourism zone.
Ssangyong E&C (Chairman: Kim Suk-joon) is selling the second portion (526 households) of the 1,109 units of Ssangyong SweetdotHome Yega apartments in Jangyu New Town, Gimhae from June 2. The portion sold this time is comprised of ▶ 114 units of 54-pyeong (=178㎡) ▶ 174 units of 48-pyeong (=158㎡) ▶ 182 units of 46-pyeong (152㎡) and ▶ 56 units of 32-pyeong (=105㎡). The prices vary from KRW6.5 million to 7 million per pyeong. Purchasers can get loans for up to 60 percent of the prices with no interest. The restrictions to transfer the right for newly built purchased apartments to others within a given period of time for prevention of real estate speculation, does not apply to these units.
This apartment complex features nice natural surroundings and nearby leisure facilities, in addition to a 270,000-pyeong (218-acre) agricultural/marine goods distribution center (scheduled to be opened in 2012), including a discount outlet and a theme park. 560,000-pyeong (450-acre) Banryong Mountain Central Park(8 times larger than Yeouido Park) which consists of a golf course, a walk for citizens and a grass skiing area will also be built in the area. (scheduled for completion by 2008).
The area is a half an hour drive from Changwon and Busan and about 1 km away from Jangyu Interchange of Namhae Highway. Transportation will become more convenient when Yangsan-West Busan Highway is extended to 8 lanes and the second Changwon Tunnel are completed.
Each apartment features a 2 m-wide front balcony, a side balcony and a well-ventilated kitchen space, in addition to a digital home network system, an air cleaner and a thermostat. Deluxe finishing materials were used, such as marble tile for the floor, art wall for the living room and heat insulation/soundproofing materials. Other amenities include a walk, a stream, a golf practicing range, and a fitness center. The complex comprised of eight 15-story buildings will be completed by August 2008.
