Ssangyong E&C receives the Silver Prize from FIABCI

On May 29, the Company was ranked in the second place in the Residential Category of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) Prize (See the photo.) for its Changi Rise Condominium in Singapore.
The complex is comprised of eleven 9~10 story buildings containing 598 units of 29~97 pyeong (=96~320㎡) apartments located near Changi Airport, furnished with an indoor swimming pool, an artificial beach, a water slide, and a small-sized theater.
In 2005, the Company also won BCA Awards for the Best Construction, the highest honor given to a construction contractor in Singapore, for the same condominium, which was built on a turnkey basis, including execution design.
The annual FIABCI Award is presented to the best-built building in the world, in terms of suggestion of the optimal solution that meets social demand and based on overall factors, including the esthetic quality, function and size of a building.
Ssangyong E&C won the award in the commercial category in 1999 for the Suntec City Complex, which was the largest development project in Singapore.
