POSCO-Ssangyong won the bidding for the Hansolmaeul Complex 5, Bundang remodeling project
For 1156 household units, 12 buildings, 15~25 stories
It is announced that POSCO E&C and Ssangyong E&C has won the bidding for the remodeling project of Hansolmaeul Complex 5, Bundang, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The Hansolmaeul Complex 5 apartment is comprised of 1156 household units, 12 buildings, 15~25 stories high. According to the design plan from the remodeling association, previous 1156 household units will be remodeled into 1255 household units. Additional 99 units will be subjected to the public installment sales.
Built in 1994, the complex is 22 years old this year,with 12 3-story buildings. One of the buildings will be designated special building to procure some of the association households and public installment households. Existing floor plans will be preserved to the fullest, and some of the units will be double-storied.
Hansolmaeul Complex 5 is located in Jeongja-dong, one of the most coveted spots even in Bundang. Hansol Elementary School, Jeongja Middle School, and Hansol High School are located nearby. Tancheon River and Jeongja Park is also easily accessible.
On foot, one can easily access to Gangnam area in Seoul, by accessing Shinbundang Line Jeongja Station and Red Buses on foot. Amenities access is also easy, as the major commercial areas and shopping malls are near the complex.
After the government green-lit the vertical extension remodeling for the public housings, POSCO has won 9 projects including Hansolmaeul Complex 5, Bundang.
