the hotel is 206 meter-tall and is consisted of three building with 57 floors above ground and 3 basement floors encompassing 2561 guestrooms and a sky park that expands 340 meters. Marina Bay Sands Hotel is the main project for the comprehensive Marina Bay Resort project which was propelled by the Singapore government with 5.5 billion dollar investment to boost next generation growth engine.
The hotel was designed by the internationally accalimed architect, Moshe Safdie. The cutting-edge architecture technologies for the iconic slant was designated as the New Technology (No.608) by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, which is the first time for the technology applied on international project was registered by the Korean government.
