Model house opens: crowd gathers at Gumi’s expansion complex, Ssangyong Yega The Park, for its earthquake resistance

Prospective buyers and investors have been flocking to the official open model house for “Ssangyong Yega The Park” apartments in Gumi’s expansion complex.
Gumi Expansion Complex Ssangyong Yega The Park Apartments developer GN P&D (CEO Byeong-seob Hyun) said that the official opening of the model house (address: Shinpyeong-dong 330, Gumi City) quickly became popular place of interest among investors and prospective buyers alike.
Ssanyong E&C’s first premium brand, close commute promoting apartments, Gumi Expansion Complex Ssangyong Yega The Park consists of 757 units that are either 84m2 or 115m2 in size. Gumi Expansion Complex Ssangyong Yega The Park is a 2-minute car ride from Gumi’s premier Okgye area, and with the area being the proposed site for the Gumi 5th industrial complex “High Tech Valley,” there is much hopes that the site will be of tremendous future development premiums.
