Ssangyong The Platinum Bupyeong, the first offer of its kind by Ssangyong E&C this year, wrapped up preconstruction sales for first-priority applicants, recording a 3.51:1 competition ratio.

According to the company, preconstruction sales for first-priority applicants, held on January 23, drew 1,128 applications for a total of 321 units (excluding special supply units). The average competition ratio was 3.51:1, while the highest was 9:1 for  the  72 ㎡ B type, whose size is based on an exclusive usage area. These are the highest competition ratios among apartment complexes offered in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, since 2018. However, not all of the smallest 39 ㎡ units were sold during this first round, so the remaining units will be offered again in the forthcoming second round of preconstruction sales.

Winning applicants will be announced on January 30, followed by a three-day contract signing period (Feb. 12-14). The downpayment is fixed at KRW 10 million, with loan financing and a deferred interest payment plan available for the intermediate payment of 60 percent. Moreover, balcony expansion will be offered for free. When residents begin moving into units starting in December 2021, the apartment complex will consist of 811 units in 10 buildings (3B-23F) located in 179, Sangok-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
